Butterflies Before the Launch

business growth Apr 29, 2026

Today I have butterflies....

Fluttering in my stomach, and making me feel excited and a little terrified at the same time.

I know this means today is really important to me.

It's not just the culmination of 9 months of intense work. It is the conviction that this work is deeply valuable in solving issues I care about.

It can help solve burnout, friction, value leakage - and unlock generative innovation.
It shows organisations how to design for accelerating change, so they strengthen - not weaken.

This is not a tweak.
This is a reset.
For organisations, leaders and people.

Drawn from experience, but built from the ground up.

So - my butterflies in reality also represent hope.

That this book will resonate, and help "change change" - as this is desperately needed. Especially with the scale of change that will continue to accelerate.

I also have a second butterfly - the one on this book.

This represents the "butterfly effect" - the idea that something as small as the flutter of a butterfly's wing could influence the formation of a storm far away.

Not because the butterfly is powerful, but because the operating system is sensitive.

Small structural choices impact value disproportionately.
Reduce the friction.
Create generative value.
Show how to harness AI organisationally, not just technically.

But exactly how?

Well - with a butterfly on my book, and a few flitting around in my chest - today I'm ready to launch this new book into the Sydney market - celebrating with colleagues, clients, friends and family at my Sydney book launch.

This is Rapid Reinvention™ A new blueprint for converting relentless change into repeatable growth.
